Wednesday, April 22, 2020. It snowed yesterday, but didn’t stick. It’s snowing again today, and it’s sticking. Old Man Winter just doesn’t want to give up his hold this year. But wait five minutes, and the weather here in Cleveland will change. Case in point. The long term forecast.
